Living In Expansion
I am grateful I made it here and that you did too. Life for me was not always easy breaths and calm meditations. I dug my way out of the mud to reach this point in my life. With that, I overcame limiting beliefs, overwhelming fear, self-doubt, and the lowest, rock-bottom moments of my life, including traumatic events, domestic abuse, predatory relationships, and chronic depression.
Once I learned about energetics, tuned into the power of the subconscious mind, and embraced healing and transformation, a higher timeline path emerged with a stirring call I could no longer ignore, run from, or be afraid of. There was no turning back to the old life that for too long interfered with my peace, joy, destiny, identity, and well-being. That old timeline nearly defeated my spirit and dimmed my light permanently.
Through the many tools I gathered, I grew and evolved out of a life that did not serve me and kept moving ahead in a more promising direction. I went from being a survivor to an overcomer, then to a thriver, and finally to a conduit.
Our stories may look similar, different, or somewhere in between, but the need for deep internal liberation and transformation is deeply universal. The path of vibrational-based living serves as a catalyst with the power to expand us and set us free. My work today is the result of real-life experience and speaks to the divine, spiritual range of healing and expansion, regardless of the details, whether your journey involves recovering from your past and/or the profound call to expand into healing, courage, higher purpose, and power.
