Foods that don't support you, restrict your growth, deplete you, and lower your vibration: mind, body, energy, and spirit.
Foods can either help the body and mind to heal, create, and thrive, or to deplete them and promote imbalance, disharmony, brain fog, blocks, and even bring about (and feed) dis-ease.
We'll explore how food is medicine. And we'll discuss ancient and sacred wisdom and practices regarding food and the modern science and research that supports them.
Learn the power of intentional-cooking and eating. This is about the mindset we have while preparing our meals and eating them. Did you know that our energy and consciousness while cooking and eating effects our food? The same goes for anyone preparing our meals. Yep!
This class is about empowering you to (effectively) nourish and fuel your body, energy, and mind, through the powerful medium of food.

High Vibrational Food & Eating 101
In Class 8 we get into food, vibes, and mindset. There's so much for you to do out there in the world through your gifts and vibration. With high vibrational foods and eating on your side, you're winning and thriving!
Eat foods with a life force. Energy charges energy. The vibrational energy of what you eat is essential to your wellness and ability to thrive: mind, body, spirit, heart, and soul.

High Vibrational Foods Quick List
Spring and Alkaline are my favs. Reverse osmosis, filtered.
Sparkling water is great in between hydrating for a treat. Add in stevia to taste and fresh squeezed fruit juice like lemon, lime, strawberry, pineapple, and so on, or yummy herbs or spices such as peppermint, ginger, cinnamon, cardamon and so on, and you have yummy natural soda. Explore and have fun.
(All, except iceberg. The darker the better.)
FRESH ORGANIC FRUITS
Fresh is best, then frozen. In season, all organic fresh foods are in season. Seeded over seedless :)
Raw and sprouted are the best. Sprout by soaking nuts 8 hours to over night, in a glass bowl. Rinse and allow to air dry, or bake on low temp,180° or under, in oven until dry.
Dry or fresh. Use as seasoning, toppings, spices, and medicinally.
ORGANIC SPICES & HIMALAYAN SALT
Explore various spices from around the world. Salt in healthy moderation.
Caffeine-free is best if you are balancing out hormones like estrogen. Also caffeine-free to clear brain fog, nervousness and scattered energy. Caffeine is a food stimulant, like processed sugars, these disrupt mental and hormonal balance.
Spelt, Millet, Buckwheat, Teff, Amaranth, Black Rice, Wild Rice, Brown Rice.
White, enriched, bleached, and processed grains are lowest vibrational.
Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Oil, Avocado Oil.
Full of probiotics. Yogurt, Kimchi, Sour Kraut, Pickled foods.
Stevia, Dark Maple Syrup (formerly called grade b), Local Raw Honey.
These are super foods that medicinally help the mind and body to adapt, heal, thrive, reduce stress, vibrate higher, boost immune health, experience mental and emotional clarity, agility, and balance, and helps them to harmonize to their environment and thrive in their work.
Farmer's Markets & Locally Grown Foods
Locally grown organic foods carry a higher vibration, as they have not had to travel over long distances to reach your local market shelves and tables. They hold more life force and produce less allergies. But, if this is not accessible, buy organic and non-gmo, as they are higher vibrational than conventionally grown foods!! :D
Dirty Dozen & Clean Fifteen
Research these lists. These are the foods that are safe to eat non-organic and safest to eat organic.
Take probiotics and digestive enzymes.
Chew slow. Digestion begins in the mouth, with how you chew.
Peppermint, ginger, mint, turmeric, cardamon, fennel, cayenne, lemon juice, pineapple, lavender, rose, and papaya, are great to aid digestion.
Stay hydrated to ensure proper flushing of digested foods.
Do a parasite cleanse twice a year.
Detox at least twice a year. Take a liver and kidney cleanse.
Mindset & Vibration
Eat slow, chew slow, cook slow.
Good vibes while eating, and cooking. Energy transfers into food.
Be present while eating.
Thoughts are food!
Energy is food!
