Not knowing can make us reach for answers before they are ready, fill in blanks that are still being written, or assume uncertainty means something has gone wrong.

This month, we are spending some time with the unknown itself. What changes when we stop treating every unanswered question like an emergency? What if some things are unknown simply because we have not met them yet?

This month, we will explore our relationship with uncertainty, mystery, faith, curiosity, and the parts of life that are still revealing themselves.

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Make sure you have a free Zoom account and are logged into it.

2. Have close to you whatever helps you feel supported; whatever your soul resonates with having for the class. Create a cozy energy field, as this helps with absorbing and integrating new information.

3. Take a few sacred grounding breaths and enter the class via Zoom if attending live, or press play if you’re watching the recording.
