This month, we begin our VHD Summer School series by exploring what becomes possible when we bring greater attention, curiosity, and presence to the life already unfolding around us.
HOW TO PREPARE
1. Make sure you have a free Zoom account and are logged into it.
2. Have close to you whatever helps you feel supported; whatever your soul resonates with having for the class. Create a cozy energy field, as this helps with absorbing and integrating new information.
3. Take a few sacred grounding breaths and enter the class via Zoom if attending live, or press play if you’re watching the recording.
