Being the Bridge
There’s something I’m realizing on a deeper level lately. The version of me who lost her way, who was deep in confusion and pain, afraid to be seen, unsure which direction would lead to healing, hesitant to speak her truth, and who felt like a ghost in her own story, she’s not gone. She’s still me. And somehow, in her own way, she crossed the bridge to now. She didn’t disappear. She evolved. She found her way.
Let’s elaborate, because this is something sacred to honor and remember within us all.
The version of you then is still you now.
And you, the now version, will one day be the version who feels you have finally crossed over, expanded, and reached a new reality, timeline, and embodiment.
Different layers of our truth, healing, and power have become accessible with time. But it’s still us through it all. The scared version, the survival version, the lost and searching version, the hurting and healing version, the rockbottom and and rising version, the discouraged and radiant version, the low and higher vibrational version. All of them are us.
And it’s not so much that you’re becoming someone else entirely. It’s that you’re becoming the fullness, the expansion, and the divine essence of who you truly are, who you came here to be, what you came here to experience, and what you came here to evolve through and rise from.
When you remember who you are in your fullness, you become unbound.
We often speak about becoming our next-level self, or embodying the version of us on the “other side” of the transformation. But what I’m seeing so clearly is that bridging forward is not about abandoning the former parts of ourselves that miraculously, and even challengingly, got us here. It’s about taking the torch as the now version and carrying forward what’s necessary to grow into who we were always becoming.
We don’t need to wait to be perfect or fully empowered to take the next aligned step. We simply bring with us the strength we’ve already built, and become willing to expand into more of it along the way.
There’s a maturing that happens on the bridge. A kind of sacred reinforcement. As we soften, open our energetic posture to it, and surrender into the divine unfolding, an inner strength builds. It’s a spiritual sturdiness that becomes part of the bridge itself. It holds us up and stabilizes our crossing.
So today, I say ‘thank you’ to the me who endured, the me who tried and tried and tried, the me who didn’t know the way but kept showing for up myself as the bridge anyway.
So let us not rush to abandon who we were or where we’ve been. That version of you, and of me, carried the new timeline vision. Covered by the prayers of our heart and soul, we carried the faith it took to step forward even when there was no proof of where the path was leading us. And isn’t that just so deeply sacred and worth bowing to?
And now, I walk forward, not away from my former self, but with her, smiling, gratefully in awe, and inspired by how she’s grown. This is how me being the bridge in my life is acknowledged, strengthened, and reinforced. And how you being the bridge in your life may too.

Being the Bridge Digest
1. Recognizing Yourself as the Bridge
The version of you that beautifully exists right now, even if tired, tender, or uncertain is not in the way of your next chapter. You are the very bridge to it. You are the portal.
It’s easy to believe that we must wait until we’re more healed, more ready, or more certain before we can truly move forward. But the crossing itself is the practice. The journey doesn’t begin when we’re fully confident, it begins when we honor the version of us who dares to take a step.
Reflection Prompt:
What if this exact version of me, imperfect, unsure, and still in process, is the one meant to lead me into a better life?
2. Honor the Version of You Who Carried You Here
Before we can enter the new, we must honor what brought us this far. That includes every past version of ourselves, especially the ones who endured with less clarity, less support, or less light.
Gratitude is sacred bridge-building. The version of you then is not separate from who you are now. And you, the “now” version, will one day become the one who says, I crossed the bridge. Let’s hold tenderness for every former self who made it this far and evolved.
Reflection Prompt:
What part of me deserves acknowledgment before I move forward?

3. Bridging Old and New Timelines
Being the bridge means living between what is dissolving and what is forming. It can feel like nothing is fully here yet and that’s okay. This space is sacred.
This is where divine timing, spiritual integration, and energetic recalibration happen. It is not punishment or delay, it’s about preparation on the bridge. And alignment. The bridge is where the shift becomes embodied.
Reflection Prompt:
What timeline am I ready to release?
What timeline am I beginning to magnetize?
4. Practicing the Bridge Energy
To walk the bridge is a spiritual and energetic practice. Remember to return to your body, to your breath, and to divine trust. We don’t need to have it all figured out on the bridge, we just need to stay with ourselves as we cross.
Your nervous system is where the bridge stabilizes. Even the smallest moment of grounded awareness builds strength.
Declarations:
Each grounded breath builds the bridge.
I am safe to cross slowly and vibrate in my own divine timing and alignment.
5. Crossing with Vision and Compassion
Sometimes the bridge feels like a vulnerable surrender. Other times it feels like an excited and empowering initiation. Both are divine. Hold the vision for a better life and timeline while also practicing self-compassion and aligned care for how the current reality presents itself. This keeps you in flow and not rigid or discouraged.
Reflection Prompt:
As the bridge, what does my better life feel and look like?
What part of me is being called to offer more care to my now version self?
6. Waiting Well
Waiting well isn’t about doing nothing, it’s about holding your frequency steady while everything rearranges. It’s trusting the sacred timing that exists beyond logic and appearances. It’s about holding your frequency with trust, even when you can’t yet see the full path.
To wait well is to stay in divine posture: open, grounded, surrendered, and faithful. It is to tend your divine life path, and emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual well-being while the bridge forms beneath your feet and in front of you. The nervous system may want to rush, the ego may demand proof, and the mind may be unsettled or unconvinced without logic. But your soul and higher self knows that divine movement and alignment are happening even when it’s not visible.
Declarations while you Wait Well:
I am not being delayed. I am being divinely aligned.
My presence is grounded and my energy is faith-filled.
