I pray you’re having an empowered beginning to the year. I know a lot is happening in the world, so I pray you’re feeling held by The Divine, and your faith, your path, your higher self, and your nervous system.

So much of our growth happens because we’ve learned how to push, override, survive, or endure. But this season is asking for something different. It’s asking us to stabilize in a deep way. 

Stabilizing your nervous system doesn’t mean nothing ever feels challenging again. It doesn’t mean fear disappears or life suddenly becomes perfectly calm and ideal. It means you are learning how to stay with yourself when things move, stretch, shift, become unclear, are too much, or ask more of you.

For many, stress, survival, fear, and instability can feel completely normal. Waiting for the other shoe to drop can be an ongoing pattern as well. But we have more range and potential within us to navigate to a more empowered now-reality, consciousness, and embodiment.

I often notice in my own life and in the lives of others how the body begins to soften when we believe safety is here or possible for us. Safety can sometimes feel questionable, unreal, elusive, and unfamiliar when you’ve been in prolonged patterns and periods of worry, stress, overwhelm, challenges, reactivity, hurt, neglect, instability, hostility, the unknown, pressure, and survival mode. We have to teach the body and mind to switch modes and that higher timeline realities are available to us. As shared in class, this takes downshifting your nervous system into parasympathetic mode, or rest and digest mode. From here, higher vibrations wash over you as you slow down, relax your energy and mind, and focus your energy on what you can control and what you desire to experience.

The Sacred Science


Without nervous system stabilization, the body remains in "survival mode" (fight-or-flight) where higher-level cognitive functions and higher vibrations are less accessible. From that place, the higher functions of the brain, like creativity, deep intuition, and spiritual insight, are essentially deprioritized by the system in favor of immediate safety. Stabilization is the foundation that allows higher frequencies to expand within, through, and around the body.

The Application and Integration 


So this month is all about retraining the body and the inner world to recognize that it’s safe to be in our bodies here now. And that it’s safe to breathe fuller and deeper, that it’s safe to relax into what we desire to experience and the process, and that it’s safe to choose stability and expansion over destabilization.

This is your year to take up new vibrational space in your life in the precise way The Divine is placing on your heart, spirit, and soul. 

As you make a life affirming and aligning practice of resetting your nervous system:

  1. What would this look like for you this year? 

  2. How will it improve and enhance your being, path, alignment, and divine assignment? 

  3. How will it support your body overall as it shows up in all the various aspects of your life? 

  4. What higher frequencies will you embody this year?

Nervous system regulation is the sacred work of coming back to your center when you feel wobbly, unstable, afraid, challenged, threatened, overwhelmed, distracted, not good or strong enough, or small in the moment, with sweet grace and not judgment. You may notice moments where you feel steadier than you used to. You may also notice moments where old patterns flare up. Both are part of the process. Think of nervous system resetting and regulation as laying a solid foundation, not by doing more, but by allowing your system to settle into the strength and power it already has. This is truly coming home to your power and living it.

May you begin the year by nurturing your nervous system capacity to stay present, grounded, and supported from the inside out. Like a beautiful garden, everything else expands, flowers, and grows more naturally from there.
