Embodying Divine Light
A personal reflection from Lalah
There was a time when I didn’t know this energy had a name. I only felt the difference. I felt something shifting in me, a softening and a strengthening, a clarity that wasn’t loud but uncompromising. It felt like stillness that glowed from a deeper part of me. And like a gracefulness that knew me from beyond this timeline and reality.
And when I first heard the words crystalline energy, something in me exhaled. My spirit and body recognized it before my mind could name it. I was sitting on the floor at an intimate gathering of just nine people in sacred community, led by one of my dear teachers who was in town for the weekend. It felt like I had been handed a candle or a lantern I didn’t even know I needed.
Somehow, praise be, I was ready. And the divine timing was aligned for such a revelation to enter my consciousness. Since then, this crystalline energy has become a sacred companion in my life. But let me be transparent: it didn’t arrive with trumpets and flutes. It came slowly, after years of sacred restoration, vibrational living, nurturing, unraveling, softening, surrendering, and letting go. I had to clear space and vibrate higher for it. I had to learn how to hold it, and how to live with it.
It truly felt like the divine, missing puzzle piece.
Our theme this month, Crystalline Becoming, which is about embodying crystalline energy, is not about perfection. It’s about becoming a home for your pure, divine energy and resonance.
In everyday life, this can look like choosing to connect with and live from your raw, true energy, rather than the pain, old stories, or limiting beliefs. Your raw energy is the part of you that is always unhindered, undefeated, and uncompromised by anything you experience or have ever experienced. It may also look like honoring clarity over confusion, devotion over distraction, divine coherence over fragmentation, divine courage over fear, and divine truth over the distortions we’ve been conditioned to normalize. And even that is a journey. But from this space, you begin to access a deeper current of divine love, one that reminds you who you are, and what you’re here to reflect.
What has helped me sustain this path:
Sacred stillness: The more sacred space I hold for stillness and solitude, the more I feel the crystalline structure stabilize in me.
Refined boundaries: I protect my sacred energy and field. The clearer this become, the more I notice what could cloud or compromise my energy and the energy around me.
Spiritual hydration: Light needs a vessel. Nourishing my body, my energy, my spirit, especially with high vibrational, frequency-lifting foods and herbs, movement, meditation, spiritual devotion, ritualizing my joy, communion with Divine Mother and Father, and calm conscious breathing, has all been essential.
Letting go of noise: I’ve had to lovingly detach from overstimulation, from needing to prove anything, from rushing through my day or life, and from collective programming and distortion.
Staying heart-centered: I keep returning to the heart, letting love, not fear, be the center of my being, decisions, and direction. Open-hearted posture.

I didn’t arrive here by trying to perform spiritually. I arrived here by really listening, resting, and surrendering, and by letting divine intelligence reshape me. This took lots of discernment to support and protect the process.
And I’m still becoming. After my surgery earlier this year, I feel more filled with crystalline energy than ever before. It’s as if something sacred was activated in me through the healing and recovery. It was a divine gift in disguise. I see it as divine intervention that showed up on my path so beautifully and right on time.
This is what I want you to know, too: Crystalline Becoming doesn’t ask you to be perfect; it just asks you to be true. It asks for your presence, your willingness, and your soul-integrity and honesty. Because it needs a pure vessel. It’s about becoming more of yourself. Honoring what is alchemizing and refining you right now, even if you can’t name it yet.
And yes, sometimes it looks like a surgery, a sickness, a health crisis, a flare-up, a setback, a challenge, a quiet new beginning after letting something or someone go, a closing of a timeline, or a growing sense of purpose. All of it can be part of the becoming.

Remember, you’re not actually becoming something outside of you. You’re becoming more of the divine within you.
You are entering your higher mind, your higher vibrations, your higher timelines.

I honor the alchemy in my life and what is refining me. I do not rush it, I honor it.
Even when I don’t fully understand it, I trust what is alchemizing within me.
My light is free, clear, coherent, and aligned with divine truth.
I am held inside the divine intelligence of my becoming.
I release distortion and return to the crystalline clarity of my essence.
I choose presence over performance, coherence over confusion, truth over illusion.
My path is blessed, my body is wise, my spirit is ready.
I meet this moment with courage, even when the path feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar.
I show up as I am, in my divine truth, in my divine timing, in my divine, sacred way.
My body is a crystalline vessel, wise, attuned, and capable of holding divine light.
Even in the cracking open, I am being refined, not broken.
I am expanding into more of my divine self.
I am ever becoming. I am ever meeting new parts of my divine essence.
And so it is.
